HALOCK Security Labs’ FRI analyzes breach data from the public domain, and from HALOCK’s incident  response findings. The FRI provides an evidence- based approach for modeling threats and estimating their likelihood within individual industries.

HALOCK uses the FRI to help identify security controls that would prevent or detect the most common causes of incidents in their industry, and to prioritize risks  based on the commonality of those breaches. FRI can be used for risk analysis for any information security framework, including ISO 27000, NIST Special Publications and Cybersecurity Framework, PCI DSS, and CIS Controls.

As the holidays and end of 2018 are nearing, it's a good time to assess your security  controls. There is still time to do a penetration test in preparation for the busy season and new year. Plan ahead so you can enjoy a safe and secure holiday. Schedule a Scope & Quote call today.
